This was the most miserable career choice for everyone that’s ever stepped foot through the door. All of the employees are either fresh out of college or foreign born with work visa issues. Hours and expectations are absolutely insane and the owner consistently humiliates and badgers employees.

Cons

Zero respect from the owner, zero training, the place is in a constant state of chaos. Read the reviews with “no cons to think of”, this is a delusional narcissist owner writing these reviews, not an intelligent self aware human being.

High workload, low pay and extremely long hours!

You get free coffee in the morning and the office is located in a great location

Cons

Pretty much everything else. Would you like to have a life outside of work? Make decent money? Have a reasonable workload? Then you are in the wrong place. Most people are working 10 hour days and sometimes more. You’re expected to regularly stay in the office until 8 or 9pm. The pay for the workload is laughable and that’s why the staff looks completely different every few months. Boring, tedious and just not worth it. Every person I worked with was looking for another job.

Employees (excluding management) are really cool and get along well. No other pros. Free beer but I’d rather be drinking someplace fun

Cons

This place is literally run like a cult without any of the perks. The owner is belligerent and everybody working there is either totally miserable or just ignorant to the concept of misery. Despite the owner boasting a high employee satisfaction and retention rate, more than 50 percent of the company quit in the past year. During the interview process you are basically told what you want to hear and Day 1 it’s headed for trouble. No office supplies, you have to share full versions of Adobe. I am ashamed I ever worked here.
