      Pros

      MBG was and still is like a second family. I met some awesome people and got to work alongside people who genuinely wanted the best for all. When anyone is in need, everyone pulls together in a group effort to help no matter how far they need to go to get there.

      Cons

      As with any field, there are challenges in the property management industry. MBG always works hard to navigate through them with their employees best interest in mind.

      Strong support from your first day and going forward. The owner is 100% reachable and always has a listening ear. If your looking for a long term career with a company that puts their employees 1st definitely reach out to MBG Property Management

      Pros

      MBG Property Management has been a great company to work for over the past 15+ yrs. They have continued to invest in me and their employees during my employment to strengthen our MBG team. MBG has built a foundation that provides success to its employees and gives them tools and resources to help develop their careers. The tools and support that I have received and learned through my time have made me a better manager and advocate for my residents. MBG offers excellent benefits and competitive wages.
