      Pros

      - Extremely interesting field of work! - The company is very open to new technologies being introduced and explored. - Lots of exposure to new and bleeding edge technologies. - Everyone is interested in seeing new hires get exposed to, and up to speed on the technology stack. - It is a vision driven environment. - This company is a start-up so expect all the joys and pains of one!

      Cons

      Rapidly expanding - there is a lot to achieve but the work is extremely interesting Start-up Environment - processes and procedures are still evolving

      Pros

      Great people, great experiences before I joined, very happy with how I was updated through all steps of the interviewing process and management was great on Google calls, always good to have a contact to reach out to on the phone, not just email 10/10 for this . I reached out to my hr contact and he always walked me through all the processes and answered questions lots of time. sometime at weekend

      Cons

      Just a bit long time to get job, but daily updates on WhatsApp helped with this, so not a really negative

      Pros

      A company full of talent, from the management team all the way to the interns. The company is full of inspiring people that are able to embrace other people's expertise and accept the support. The company has a clear view of the roadmap, the growth path and the results to be achieved, all by employing innovation and creativity. The environment is dynamic and allows for career development paths that suit leaders as well as contributors. This has been really a breath of fresh air!

      Cons

      Not a cons specifically, but being a growing company, you need to embrace a level of flexibility and adaptability that is higher than in a formed/structured corporate.
