Pros
Benefits (On site living-free apartment and utilities). Annual Pay increases. OT when needed. If you stay on top of your work, you get pulled to assist at other properties furthering your knowledge in low-income housing. Paid holidays after three months and they usually give you paid extra days to add onto your holidays.
Cons
Management is to themselves. they are "family oriented" but that is only for corporate staff members. They expect you to rely on other managers (as you should). You have to follow up constantly for help because the work load upper management has doesn't allow them the time to give you enough time.
