Cons
- Could benefit from implementing better project management practices. - Needs to improve internal communication among team members. Always separating the team/employees. - Lack of professionalism in some employees. Always blame employees for failure due to misinformation and unclear instructions with mismanaged schedules of deadlines. - Very rude most of the time with the employees. Very reliant on outsourced employees with meager salaries with no medical benefits and discourages vacation leave. - Threatening you to be replaced anytime while working. In some cases get fired without notice. - Disturbs you on your vacation leaves/ rubs it into you when you go on vacation. While they enjoy their vacation leaves. - Doesn't provide hardware to employees as if they treat them like a temporary tool to replace anytime. - Lacks empathy especially forces you to work during your sick leaves - Gaslighting "boss"; A very rude boss. Not the "leader" type of management. - Only good to you at first, but treat you like a slave here because they expect a lot from a salary standpoint, yet the salary is way below minimum wage based on their state. - No merits/benefits even if you gave your all to this company. Not worth a place for a creative to stay and grow with. - They don't treat employees well here, especially on the outsourced team/offshore team.
