      Pros

      Managers and coworkers are really nice and supportive, overtime and travel allowances will really supplement base pay.

      Cons

      If you are in any region other than out of the Chicago office, the job is 100% travel. As in being in a hotel every weeknight. Can't stress this enough. Understand that you will be away every weeknight.

      Pros

      Everyone was friendly and it is a very laid back atmosphere. Great new building to work in. Machinery is great. They do promote from within.

      Cons

      Poor management overall, promote because of necessity not because of management capabilities. Japanese owned. No innovation in doing business, just going along as always.
