High turnover. Disregard for employee input. Struggle with keeping up with competitors in the industry. Field issues.

Hard to mange work when no one, especially upper management doesn’t take accountability. They love to tell you everything you do wrong but no one tells them anything when they make the mess and even would let others take the fault. Unfairness especially since there are to many managers that don’t follow the same standards. Some of them (mangers/regular employees under management) would work from home when their kids were on vacation/ sick but other employees weren’t allowed even if the job can be done from home. Why not enforce that no one can work from home. To say the least they laid off people with out any warning on the spot. The company is doing so well so don’t even bother asking for a raise. Owner lets others mange his company on how they please. You won’t even see the owner at all because he doesn’t like to get to know his employees, not even to say hi. Ps no one is your friend there. They will throw you under the bus if it means to save themselves.
