      - payment of salary was always on time - good support system

      Cons

      - The Documentation of the Scope of the project that was sold by the salesteam was so general that it allowed the customer to add multiple scope requirements. which brough frustration on both sides.

      MC1 provides a dynamic and challeging enviroment, which push all employees to its best. Additionally being at the headquarters is a lot different from being in a local subsidary of any global company based in Brazil.
