Pros
The people who work here are what make the company great. They also bring on awesome clients which makes the work rewarding. Overall, the team works hard and is respectful; it felt like a work-fam who truly care about you and your success.
Cons
For the high-quality level of work being produced, the pay is not very competitive compared to other agencies. Additionally, there weren't opportunities internally for promotions, at least while I worked there. Even when a new position for Director of Marketing opened up, they did not open it internally to employees. Lastly, there is not much diversity (ethnically) within the company, and the entire company is run by men.
