Pros
Great group of people to work with. Healthy and fun work environment. Open communcation. You never feel like their is a heirarchy or pecking order. Everyone is on the same team and willing to help eachother out.
Cons
Onboarding and training could be improved. Compensation less than larger companies.

MC2 wants the best for you; for your growth, for your future, for your relationships, for your work/life balance and they give you the opportunities to do so. This company cares about people and doing the right things with excellence! Regular 1 on 1 meetings allow for you to be heard, feel connected and get help when you need it.
Cons
The great advantages of working for a small company are met with the disadvantage of less competitive pay. It also requires you to be flexible and adapt to new skills outside of your job description.
