Pros
I have no pros for this company. High turn over rate. They require you to work long hours and weekends but do not compensate you fairly.
Cons
Toxic Owner, Unorganized and men prioritized over women. While many of the staff members were great genuine people. Environment was EXTREMELY toxic for many years. This is not a company that invests let alone cares about the safety and well being of its employees.

Casual Attire Friendly co-workers Pretty friendly atmosphere
Cons
Usually have to start out as a temp and they do not roll you over to an MCC employee on time. There is no open communication with upper management. Employees always bring in unhealthy food that is left out till it is stale There is absolutely no organization They do not care about firing you at any time, even if it is via email. I did not feel challenged even though I requested more work four times during staff meetings or directly to upper management They do not have 401K matching
