      Pros

      My employment with MCE has helped me to grow tremendously both personally and professionally. I've had the opportunity to interact with health care professionals from all over the world, and have learned about a variety of interesting medical topics. My co-workers have almost all been bright, talented and extremely dedicated professionals. Management truly cares about each member of the team and is generous and supportive to the employees. The travel benefits are amazing, enabling me to experience many beautiful locations while staying in top quality resorts and hotels. I am able to give my best during work time and do not have to "take it with me" into my personal life. It's an enjoyable position in a fast-paced, ever-evolving and growing company.

      Cons

      The 6:00 am start times for the conferences can be a bit challenging sometimes, and the travel can be somewhat wearing if you experience any issues.

We value and consider all feedback and we'll continue to find ways to improve. I wanted to address a couple of your concerns here. The 6:00 am start time also means that you're work day ends by 1:00 pm. Our CME programs are always organized at beautiful resorts in exciting destinations where attendees and staff can balance their work and leisure time. In regards to travel being wearing, that can happen when airlines have schedule changes due to maintenance issues or weather conditions. This is beyond our control and we do our best to rectify the situation immediately. Thank you for your ongoing contribution. We look forward to your services for many more years to come.

      Terrific Opportunity!

      Pros

      Great opportunity with many perks. Many opportunities to shine both in the office and on-site during conferences. Travel..travel..travel! Conferences are held at high end resorts and coordinators get to enjoy the amenities when not working the conference. This is a high energy company with terrific people to team and partner with in the office as well as vendors and clients. Full stocked lunchroom, lunch provided many days, gourmet coffee, tea and delicious snacks. Manager/owner is very generous with both salary and gifts. Many team building events and management has an open door policy. A very productive working environment. Very rewarding and lots of recognition from management. Management is strong and very successful. Office atmosphere is warm, friendly and casual. A great place to work.

      Cons

      This is a fast paced business. You will wear many hats and work together as a team. If you are not a "multi-tasker" this is not a good fit for you. While your position is defined and you manage your "part", you need to be flexible and work along with your office mates to ensure all events/conferences are smooth and successful. Again, high energy so its important that you are fresh and ready to give it your all, each day. Happy, driven and detail oriented employees will fit in very well.
