      Pros

      Mission driven company that makes your work feel important. People are truly nice and go out of their way to help you. A lot of people have been here for more than 5 years which speaks to the great company culture and generous benefits.

      Cons

      They should be more open to nuclear power which is GHG free!

      Pros

      Family-oriented: Managers are supportive of flexible schedule as needed to take care of personal responsibilities as long as you are doing a good job with your work. Fantastic benefits: amazing health, vacation, retirement benefits, etc. Mission-driven: love the community-based, environmental mission

      Cons

      Demanding work load: despite flexibility as mentioned in pros, MCE is very demanding with high expectations in quality and speed of work. Getting work done quickly is required which can sometimes be tiring. There are a TON of projects to work on all the time.
