      A sinking ship with a delusional management team.

      Not much anymore - used to be a great 'flywheel business' with some prestigious brands e.g. Art Basel, Baselworld.

      Cons

      The world has changed and the gravy train has stopped. (Top) management doesn't have a clue about where the industry is going. Management structures are solely based around cronyism and not competence. The opposite of an agile meritocracy. Doomsday is getting closer..

      It is in Basel and has interesting fairs such a Art Basel

      Cons

      It is a toxic white middle aged Basel male based company with a huge glass ceiling with regards to women. The company has a terrible management, HR is the puppet of management. It is not a good company to work for.
