      Working for MCL Construction in Omaha has been a great experience. The company values hard work, maintains a strong team environment, and provides opportunities to grow professionally. Management is supportive, and the people make it an enjoyable place to work.

      They do not pay any overtime if you are in the operations sector.

      Flexible with outside of work schedule. Big company with a small company feel. Growth is possible with time, not locked in at a certain position. Offers a lot of learning opportunities on and off site. Overtime opportunities. Great benefits as well.
