      Pros

      Great mentors and regulatory insight from former FDA assistant and directors. Experienced team leads who are consultant minded.

      Cons

      Very conservative organization. Innocuous statements can be flagged and reported, be very careful of your coworkers and do not try to have initiative or they will retaliate and sabotage you. Hours are heavily tracked and time is spent putting hours for billables to clients. Best to record all calls and keep communication to written form.

      Work/life balance… I don’t have anything else.

      Benefits Communication Disorganized (very) Training - being new to a company can be nerve-wracking but I would love to have known more about what I was doing / also a bit of reassurance Diversity- majority women (awesome!) but mostly white.

      There are some great people working at MCRA but incompetent management overshadows them.

      Cons

      MCRA lies to clients, especially in new therapeutic areas they are moving into. Terrible practices and inept management. These people have no idea how to run trials... Avoid for your sanity.
