Shifty place to work

Pros

Not a single one, new management does not care about their employees or their patients

Cons

I was a salaried employee who was constantly forced to work over 40hrs without compensation, when I said something I was fired the next day. No reasons given. I was one of their better employees, never called off, turned in paperwork on time, took extras when I could fit them in my 8 hour day but because I would not let them abuse me, they fired me.

Pros

the company is very busy, lucrative. schedule is flexible. productivity requirements for FT field staff are fair. if you want to work weekends, holidays, and on-call they will keep you busy all year long!

Cons

poor communication from all parties. nobody in the office communicates with the field staff, and none of the field staff give proper report. the office staff always act like they hate working there. very high stress office. requirements change very frequently. policies seem to bend, depending on who they are servicing
