Good infrastructure - Good parking facility
Cons
1) Awful HR policies - You feel like you're caught in jail for 9 hours. 2) Salary structure is bad - So many hidden amounts are being cut from the salary. 3) Growth is 0 because, 3.a) You just need to do a manual repetitive work every day. 3.b) You can't open any reference material, can't open any educational blogs. All are restricted by firewall. 3.c) No third party tool to explore or adopt. 4) Cell-phone is not allowed, which is pathetic.
