Pay/reimbursement rate to expected workload is ridiculous and unrealistic. Expect you to chart for hours without compensation. You only get paid for closed encounters, not just seeing the patient. Read contract very carefully. High turnover/burn out rate. Charting process always makes you feel behind. Need to see at least 12-15 high acuity pts a day to make it somewhat profitable for you as an employee. Do not recommend this job at all.
