Pros

Friendly and welcoming co workers. The work is interesting. Great focus on work life harmony. You can work flexible hours as long as you hit your target hours. Good bonus structure, including quarterly bonuses for overtime.

Cons

No maternity leave is the biggest con. Not as much room for growth as I would hope (6 levels from staff to partner).
