      Nothing good there. Be careful about this organisation.

      Cons

      - They are extremely biased and show clear favoritism. - Highly discriminatory—if they feel you’re not one of them, they will manipulate your work. - The environment is unwelcoming and uninviting. - The culture feels staged and cliquey, making it hard to integrate. - The workload is excessive, with little consideration for balance. - As a junior, there’s barely any room for growth. They don’t explain anything but expect you to just figure it out. - Hard work isn’t valued or appreciated. - They will go as far as to spread false information about you. - The entire team dynamic, from leadership down, is completely dysfunctional.

      Great Place to Work with Excellent Perks and Culture

      Pros

      The company offers some fantastic benefits – from generous leave to healthcare options – and genuinely invests in the wellbeing of its staff. The office space itself is modern, well-equipped, and a great environment to work in. It’s clear that a lot of thought has gone into making it a comfortable and collaborative place. Company events are another standout – well-organised, fun, and a great way to connect with colleagues across teams. There's a strong sense of community and the culture feels welcoming and inclusive. Overall though, MDDUS is a great organisation to be part of, with a lot of positives and a promising direction for the future.

      Cons

      If I had to point out areas for improvement, the desk booking system could be a bit more user-friendly and flexible. Additionally, while remote working is promoted, in practice it sometimes feels a bit overstated, and more flexibility in this area would be appreciated by many. Flat structure limits career opoortunities. Great place to start a career and also to end it.

      Most people are nice but some are bullies

      Most people nice and friendly and they often have nights out and wee have a tuckshop

      Cons

      The person who I was paired with after my training was not very nice and would go out of her way to find fault and she would speak ill off me to others and as she was quiet loud a lot of people could hear her and it was upsetting and a lot of what she told me was incorrect according to other people and it was also hard to get holidays and I missed my dads birthday
