      Staff growth is not a priority at all

      Pros

      I had the opportunity to meet a few genuinely great coworkers during my time here.

      Cons

      - MDI NetworX shows no interest in developing its employees or treating them with basic respect. - The leadership is greedy and arrogant, setting impossible expectations while showing zero concern for employee well-being. - Managers act aggressively and harshly, offering no guidance or support. - Instead of helping staff succeed, they micromanage and make an already difficult job even more miserable.

      Neglectful Leadership Crushes Talent and Growth

      It can give you basic experience, but this is not a place to build a lasting career.

      Cons

      - Leadership ignores and dismisses the efforts of hardworking employees, refusing to acknowledge dedication or skill. - Talented people who go above and beyond are overlooked and discarded, treated as if their contributions are meaningless. - Advancement is practically nonexistent, with leadership caring only about meeting numbers and selfish demands. - The environment strips away motivation, leaving you drained and resentful for giving your best without recognition.

      Schedules were always tight and they were stressful!

      I always look forward to collaborations with other teams, they were very insightful.

      Cons

      Schedules were always tight and they were stressful! You’d think you’ll get used to it, but it only gets exhausting and then you feel burned out not too long after! And after all that, you don’t get acknowledged or at least appreciated by management.
