      Pros

      I have been with MDM for almost a year now and it has been a great experience. Workload can be very large at times being with a small business that does such a large volume of business having to fill multiple roles. Wonderful opportunities and upward mobility. Overall great people and organization, I would recommend to anyone qualified for an open position and willing to work hard.

      Cons

      Growing pains as with any small business, could be more efficient and task oriented.

      Pros

      Sometimes you'll be treated nice. Good place to work if your in sales.

      Cons

      Rude and hypocritical management. Do as I say, not as I do. Money spent to entertain themselves instead of more important things. Toxic employees are encouraged to be disrespectful of others. Overworked and underpaid. Management will keep you in the dark and manipulate you. And if things don't work out, your fault!
