Workplace is full of great people who generally want what is best for everyone personally and the company. Management supports your career growth by providing many training opportunities/in house hiring. Project work is interesting and keeps you challenged. Benefits are somewhat above average.

Cons

Can be high stress at times. Pay is competitive but not extraordinary.
