Pros

Stable customer base (if you get the opportunity to work these accounts).

Cons

Major management issues, there is no innovation its just business as usual. Limited Career Growth, no streamlined sales process or operations, terrible CRM, and very difficult to manage your business with the tools provided. Also, they do not provide any type of tools to prospect for new business.

Pros

- Pay for entry level was pretty good. No complaints. - I was able to make some good connections while I was there. - Learned new skills very quickly

Cons

If you’re a minority, I wouldn’t come here. 2 simple mistakes and you’re getting fired lol. While I was there, I witnessed similar mistakes by others that weren’t minority. I was let go only after 2-3 months, while the others kept their job. Literally right after “probationary period.” Apparently another new, entry level minority worker was relieved of his/her duties almost right after me. This caused a few other minority workers to quit.

I think working for this company is a waste of time

Cons

Company doesn't support growth at all. Low-pay and they want you to do a lot of work for very little in return

This feedback does not align with my experience over my many years at MDSi. We have a strong foundation of long-term employees, with a significant number having more than a decade of service, and many exceeding that milestone. When I first started, my department was a small team, but it has grown substantially over time. MDSi has consistently expanded, and within my department, which includes logistics, warehouse, and technicians, I have witnessed numerous team members earn promotions, either within the department or into other roles across the organization. It has been incredibly rewarding to see individuals I brought into the company advance their careers, both within my department and in other areas. In recent years, MDSi has experienced remarkable growth, creating even more opportunities for our employees. As we continue to expand, we remain dedicated to fostering career development, supporting internal and external advancement, and maintaining our commitment to excellence and client satisfaction.
