Sometimes they credit the salary to employee's bank account on time.

Cons

They don't care for employees. Even if they are unable to give salaries on time, they are still hiring. I will definitely not recommend anyone I know to join this company. Salary is not on time and no communication done by HR or finance deptt.

Encouraging to new ideas, change is the only constant, everyone part of the team and bring about changes, not only the senior managers. Transparent management style.

Cons

Its very nice place to growth and get promotions with good perks.
