Pros

The people, projects, and parties are fun

Cons

CEO, pay, the lack of accountability among leadership, the constant crisis mode the leadership operates under, two layoffs in less than 18 months, constantly changing work models/reorgs, continual bad decision making with complete lack of consideration for employees from the leadership, leadership claims to be truthful and transparent but they spin every unfortunate circumstance in a positive light,

A few good people work there....Or have worked there. I found a new career before the train derailed

Customers willing to jump out of the plane without a parachute Flint is hands down the single most deceptive human on the planet To make matters worse, he doesn’t shut up Not sure anyone there actually does anything...but it’s not entirely their fault, see comment above re: Flint Flint asks his employees to put positive comments on Glassdoor If you’re still reading this and you go there go work you are an idiot
