Pros

Employees do get some decent health benefits, which is one of the only positives here.

Cons

- Management is toxic and creates a consistently hostile work environment. - Workloads are overwhelming and unsustainable for long periods of time. - Long hours are routine with no real relief or balance. - Work-life balance is essentially nonexistent. - Pay may look acceptable on paper, but it is far below what the role actually demands. - Salary increases take far too long and feel nearly impossible to reach. - The job feels like it comes at the expense of health and mental well-being.

Pros

There are absolutely no pros. Only constant stress and a harmful atmosphere.

Cons

- The most damaging and unpleasant work experience I have ever had. - There is no work life balance at all, only nonstop work with no end in sight. - Planning anything after a shift feels impossible. - There is no regard for employees as individuals, and even the people they claim to support are treated as secondary to profit. - Micromanagement is constant, even toward highly effective nurses and coordinators. - It is deeply disappointing and draining. - For the sake of mental well being, it is strongly advised to stay far away from this place.

Pros

Remote work offers some flexibility.

Cons

The only positive thing about working MED-KICK is the remote work setup, which offers some flexibility in our schedules. I also work with excellent co-workers here. However, the good things stop there. There are few problematic people in the leadership, and they create a stressful and unwelcoming work environment. They also have a lot of false promises made to the employees. They say one thing but do another, or they tell us things but never keep their word.
