      They kept switching me from salaried to hourly to avoid paying overtime. When it came to raises or promotions, work performance was not a factor.

      Experience was great. Must be passionate

      Customer Service Dept is not diversered. You're judge based on what someone else says. No one is watching the watcher. Pay is not precise/most are paid differently. Underpaid for the position. When 7 or more people get up and walks out at the same time that should say something by itself
