Good and Fair Company with exceptions in Sr. Management

Pros

A Monday thru Friday job with regular business hours. Not very common in the Wholesale/Retail Business today. Most locations (8 in total) have fair to good managers. Makes employment fun.

Cons

Bad apples in Upper Management Chain need to be and should be addressed. Operations is the back bone of most companies and Medco treats Operations just like most companies, like the unwanted child! The majority of your employees are truthful and honest and you treat them as if they are replaceable at the drop of a hat! No wonder moral is low!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
