Most people get a office and other get stuck in communal areas even during Covid.

Cons

Extremely old business mindset restricts growth. Low value of true cyber engineers. Favoritism of Network IT to perform cyber jobs. Leadership believes they are experts on everything and know better than specialty engineering. NON COMPETITIVE industry wages. Micro management. Unstable leadership.
