      Fair pay, covered travel and living expenses, family can travel with you.

      Cons

      Short handed sometimes, sent north for the winter and south for the summer (should be the other way around)

      Family atmosphere; everyone pulls their weight to share the load; open sharing of information so we can all excel in our position; and truly caring leadership.

      Not many cons. We are very busy and often pushing the limits to provide excellent customer service. But that is not necessarily a bad thing.
