Pros

Very collegial culture. Hire the right people; they are all very smart and hardworking. Good future business growth opportunities, right political connections, nice management.

Cons

Senior management is not particularly well-motivated. The CEO recently left the company. Thus, there are some questions, but given the amount of amazing Indian land it has access to, that's not much of a problem.

For a trainee it is a good platform.sometimes you have to multi task.You can adapt anywhere after leaving this company

Work culture is pathetic.salary is not so good.poltics is everywhere.
