Pros
If your personality has a desire to please customers and a need to solve problems, this company is fantastic to work for. Good work/life balance now (seems it wasn't always that way so this has improved) Position is new at the company in the last 2 yrs, now there are several people in the role. A mix of solution design and architecture, product owner for agile/sprints, risk identifier and problem solver, and technical customer management / PM.
Cons
Growing fast but still small enough that you can't just disappear in a corner somewhere. Slackers need not apply.
