Pros
A great place to learn and grow. Immense flexibility and autonomy. Company full of opportunities. Always changing: wonderful if you like new things and variety! Amazing hours: gread if you have a family or personal life goals.)
Cons
Lack of direction from leadership. Unclear organizational/management structure. Slight pay grade disparity. Above average bureaucratic hurdles. Always changing. (Sometimes seems unstable; confusing.) Weak 'young professional' / growth culture: 'eight and skate' mentality, so don't expect late nights of hungry professionals collaborating and desiring to push the limits.

Pros
Laid back environment that rarely experiences crunch. Input is valued and staff is friendly. Management is generally available and wants to help. Benefits and time off are both stellar.
Cons
Pay isn't wildly competitive and raises are generally yearly and company wide and don't do a lot to encourage going the extra mile or reward hard workers.
