If you are willing to blindly follow marching orders you can make good money

Cons

MTI treats employees like a commodity. Very political. CEO thinks he is god. A very discriminatory company. Self insired, they will get rid of you if you have a potentially expensive medical issue or if you are older.

Coworkers with bad attitudes not corrected. The job description did not match my job task. The training was very poor.

There's lots to do there, and lots of work and chances for overtime.

Cons

Managers are confused and don't know how to do the work they instruct workers to do. Multiple managers are constantly in argument on who follows who and constantly stepping on each others tails.
