      - overall nice, young team - nice office

      Cons

      - Lack of leadership - no clear direction or strategy - Hard to make money at a junior level as you are always working on others' deals - One very unprofessional and inappropriate Director - lack of training

      Director/founder - has no idea what he is doing. During my tenure the company was in utter turmoil. They prey on inexperienced grads who do not know any better than to join. I wish someone had warned me against joining.
