- flexible work - remote options - good holiday allowance - good work-life balance - friendly colleagues

Cons

- benefits are not great - management decisions are not transparent and have been bad in recent years; constant involvement of management consultancies. - regular restructuring - depends on the team, but tendency to make decisions based on HiPPO, political considerations - managers have too many directs (30+) so the "management" is very hands-off

Pros

If you just want to go and do your job, this is the perfect position. No real threats of being fired whatsoever, even if you're underperforming.

Cons

It's not a company you would like to build a career. Things move very slow and are really unstable. There's also no way of getting a raise except if you really beg for it. Most of the times management will say there's no budget for the raise.
