Great colleagues. Everyone is helpful and non-toxic culture. Compensation is very fair whereby we are given more than the amount of effort we put in. An organisation that also gives back to the community. Many district and agency activities/initiatives to look forward to. Overseas trips where some are sponsored. Plenty of resources to tap on. Flexible working hours which is a plus for many parents. Work-life balance. Knowledge on finance spread not only to clients, but beneficial for self as well.
