      Benefits package exceeds expectations provided by a non-profit

      Cons

      CEO doesn’t have a heart. She is evil. She managed to destroy everything that made MFI great. Clients and staff are just a means to an end and really have no value whatsoever. I often wonder if she planned to ruin MFI from the gate or if the plan developed overtime. Ultimately, the saddest part is that she took a programs that people wanted to go to and people wanted to work and morphed it into a toxic and fatal treatment center. How many clients have to Die before she admits that being spread thin isn’t a reasonable viable option?

      Pros

      I had a great supervisor that provide good supervision and felt supportive. I was able to collect my hours fast and get a deeper understanding with MH and SUD.

      Cons

      At times, it felt overwhelming due to the high caseload and managing the severity of level of care. You need to be quick on your feet and have good time management to maintain cases and documentation.
