      Stay Away - Not A Great Work Place.

      Pros

      The pros at this company they believe is their culture because they will buy ice-cream on a hot day, let you drink alcohol on a Friday or let you chew tobacco during meetings (disgusting) -they basically try to treat everyone like children. If you take your career at all serious then this is not the place for you. The absolute only pros I seen at this company was they brought in a few guys about six months before I left that showed some promise but they will most likely get impeded by the President and CFO that knows everything.

      Cons

      If you do not have a past connection with the President (BG) then you will be climbing an uphill battle here. The executive level management had no clue what they were doing but this makes sense because only job he has ever held is this job in a sales capacity but not smart enough to actually run the company. Then you have an owner that does not include himself in any meetings just to come in at last moment and tell everyone they are doing it all wrong. The one lie that management consistently told us was that the company has grown tremendously over last few years . The company merged with another company that was in the majority owners portfolio already for the last several years. If you value your career this would be a wrong turn for you - be careful.

      Not all it cracked up to be

      Pros

      If you are young and want to be a glorified telemarketer, this is the place for you.

      Cons

      Little to no training. False promises on Bonuses and they try to renig on what they owe you.
