      Co workers were excellent, good hours pay was fair for work

      Cons

      Management only interested in lining their own pockets while the company flounders. Appalling working conditions that were never addressed. No long term future as products are not competitive in market place

      Great current products with value for money package as standard and future products will just get better. Large affluent Company

      Cons

      Lack of up to date experience within the Management team Poor communication between management and staff. Poor Management skills from main departments No development/training within the company Poor KPi/Appraisal Management No salary reviews, ever No support for staff (Put up or shut up)

      Pros

      Friendly colleagues, decent pay matching industry average, decent hours.

      Cons

      Management are disgusting, promising 25+ staff jobs are safe long term to get them all together one Friday to lay them all off out of the blue. At the top a bully who thinks its funny to make a point about MG Rover closing with 6000 people loosing their jobs.
