      There is no pros working here over worked under paid treated poorly. Micro managed. A not a nice place to work.

      Medical device company selling worldwide with good work environment. Good 401 (k) and some opportunity for advancement within the home office.

      Cons

      Unsettled upper management with revolving door of CEO'S who had minimal experience within the core market. Failed and costly attempt to enter Health & Fitness market prevented product growth in core market.

      The company helps people by serving hospitals. It's work you can be proud of.

      Cons

      I agree that Todd Austin is absolutely toxic and a bully. It is painful and draining to be around management that does not seem to care for the wellbeing of the company at all.
