Cons
This is a lot. Here it goes. Honestly, I have no clue why they're not a lot of people who speak out about this place. I mean, if you're easily influenced, then I guess you wouldn't have a problem with the things that this place tries to teach you. The other staff who have been there for years are just so used to the whole scientology thing that they don't even realize it. The staff DO NOT care about how you feel. If you're having a bad day, it doesn't matter, you need to be up-stat. The terminology of scientology was the hardest for me to understand. I had to read in the dictionary to "understand" words that they told me I apparently don't know the definition of. It was ANNOYING. The whole course made me sleepy, not because I didn't know the meaning of a word...I mean, of course I don't know what the word "randomity" means. Ron L Hubbard (or whoever he is) just made that word up! They make you take courses, or "training", everyday for one hour. This is the only real way you get a raise...unless you are in a position that has commission. Certain staff can look at you and tell you're not a scientologist, so they automatically judge you. If you're not a scientologist, they're not nice at all. They're only nice to clients because all they want is their money. If you need a day off, you have to write your "senior" (team lead) to ask for permission and then you have to write in the statement, who is going to do your job while you're away. It's not my job to find someone to replace me if I need to go to the doctor that day. It's my job to let you know I'll be out of the office. SMH.... I can go on and on about this place, but I'll end by saying this: if you're not a scientologist, don't even apply. They love to convert people in to believing this scientology crap and they don't stop pushing it on you.
