      Pros

      Salary is on time. Some colleagues are supportive, but that’s about it.

      Cons

      No proper workspace: Employees are crammed into tiny desks with no privacy, making it uncomfortable to even stand up or move around. Toxic culture: Favoritism is rampant — promotions go to those with connections rather than merit. Lack of respect for women: The environment can feel unsafe, with inappropriate comments and unprofessional behavior tolerated by management. Unqualified leadership: Decisions are erratic and top-down, with little vision or strategy. No learning or growth: Talented, hardworking people leave quickly because effort isn’t recognized.
