      Pros

      They have a strong company culture and seem as they will invest in there employees. Advancement within the company is the major objective of the company. They are willing to promote you if you work hard and have what it takes.

      Cons

      It is a commission only job. And that is the downfall. You guys should honestly offer a pay rate plus commission. People who are applying for jobs are looking for stability and a commission based job is the total opposite. If your looking for something that commission only, my advice is to work for your self.

In regards to compensation, we apologize that it didn't meet your expectations. Please note each employee can review compensation with the managers. There are several employees in the company with various compensation structures including salaried, hourly, bonused, and commissioned. Thanks again for the feedback, we value your two cents.

      Pros

      Never have I seen any company invest in their employees like this one. The work environment was very inviting and teamwork was alway first. MHG gave me the security, experience, knowledge and skills that many other companies fail at providing. When I first started I was the most timid and shy person you could ever meet. Everyone here trained me properly and gave me the confidence to overcome all of that. They help you hone your selling skills. If I was in ever back in the area I would do it all over again just so I could learn more. *Unlimited potential for pay *Traveling and not being stuck in the office all day *Professional positive outlook on the future always *Cannot emphasize enough on SKILLS! Things you will learn here that no one around can teach like them *Teamwork - We had basketball nights and going out to eat nights. Bringing the team together like family.

      Cons

      *Traveling - If you don't like traveling or can't it can be a little difficult. *You need to always bring your A Game, which isn't bad but you always have to stay sharp and adapt. *Work life balance can be very difficult but this is a job meant for someone who wants to SUCCEED. Someone who is HUNGRY for success.
