Pros
this is a good company and people are nice. There are lots of opportunities for fresh graduates who want to explore their career. Also, the working environment will let you feel comfortable to keep working over there
Cons
The company is far from where I live. Also, if you want to build up your career in a fast way, the company is not suitable to you. it is because workers over there are old and the main point is that they never think about getting retired.

Pros
Pay was competitive and overtime pay during busy season was a plus.
Cons
Several cons...No paid time off during maternity leave!!! Weekly status meetings were a waste of time. High degree of turnover of clients as billing was well above market rate. Management dismisses employees regularly to bring in lower paid interns and new hires. Overall I left on a bad note as management was not flexible due to several personal issues.
