      Pros

      I work for Guilford. Manager is good, not a micromanager, enjoying my work, this is a nice place to work and be part of. Happy a recruiter found me and brought me here

      No place is perfect but really I have no complaints

      Great Company to Work

      Employee contributions are valued. Company is just the right size (not too big, not too small) for employees to see first-hand the impact of their contributions. Company is focused on developing products that make sense to both the customer and the company.

      Cons

      Because of its relatively small size, career opportunities may be somewhat limited, although career opportunities do exist, depending upon the career path one is taking.
