MHO had so much potential. There are very dedicated support folks as well as one sales person. The product works really well and is very reliable.
Cons
Where do I start? If you expect to be paid your worth, this is not the company for you. The company is VERY small (but try’s to portray itself as big), maybe 10 employees if you don’t count all of the owners relatives. When and IF you advance at MHO, don’t expect a raise. That only comes after you prove yourself in the new role and then it’s a nominal raise. The culture at MHO is terrible. The owner is an extreme micro manager as well as one of the worst “know it alls” you will come across. He has a hard time with reality and telling the truth. The company does not have the foresight to see that its product must evolve or the industry will leave it behind. They still charge in the $500 to $800 range for a 10M circuit and their philosophy is “if a company needs it bad enough, then they will pay that amount”. At MHO, the customer is not put first. The owner is, always asking “how will you pay me back?” Oh yeah, I almost forgot. If you go to work here, be prepared to buy your own laptop.
