      I didn't want to be part of something unethical

      Pros

      Some of colleagues were good people and I had fun working with them even when things didn't go well with me and the company.

      Cons

      They got some shady business that practically felt unethical and I didn't want to become a part of these schemes so I decided to quit. Anyone who worked here must have known these things but chose to stay quiet for their own good. I don't blame them.

      Owners are clowns and thieves

      Pros

      The two frauds selling out and not recognizing any of their long term employees - exactly in character. Fake charitable persona but really horrible selfish parasites.

      Cons

      Dealing with an owner who literally cries over not making enough "margin". You cant make this up! MHQ Ribakoff is a ripakoff.

      VERBAL ABUSE FROM HORRIBLE LEADERS

      Pros

      Flexibility. Hybrid work with a generous PTO allowance. This used to be a fantastic company to work for until upper management fired everyone.

      Cons

      HORRIBLE LEADERSHIP. Because they don't know how to lead, you wouldn't even call it leadership. The owner and upper management would react in a frustrated and ridiculous manner, frequently jumping to conclusions and engaging in unethical behavior without taking the time to understand the situation or decision. I reported verbal abuse from them to HR and received a boilerplate response.
